Please follow these steps to complete an online class with WIC Health:

1. Log into www.wichealth.org and select and complete a course of your choice.
   
   We would like to recommend the following course about folic acid.
   • Clicking on the Parents tab.
     
   • Selecting the course called Preparing for a Healthy Pregnancy.
     
2. After completing the survey at the end of the online lesson, please click on "Click here to view and print your certificate".
   
   If you do not have a printer you need to write the information from the Certificate on a piece of paper.
   
   
3. Remember, Utah County WIC participants need to bring the certificate to their education appointment as proof of class completion. WIC staff will then issue your WIC food vouchers.
