Schedule for Immunization
Immunizations
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention outlines the recommended immunization schedule for children. They also have recommendations on how to help your child catch up for those who start immunizations late or are one or more months behind. Please visit:

Immunization Checklist
Sometimes there are reasons why children should delay having immunizations or not get them at all. If any of the following characteristics apply to your child, notify your doctor or nurse. They can help you decide whether or not your child should have immunizations.
- Is your child sick with something more than the common cold or earache?
- Does your child have severe allergies?
- Has your child ever had a serious reaction to an immunization?
- Is your child’s immune system weak because of cancer or medications?
- Has your child received a blood transfusion or any other blood product recently?
- Does your child ever experience convulsions or any other nervous system problem?
- Does your child seem to be developing abnormally?
Talk with your doctor if you have any questions about immunization and when your child should get them.
