As well as responding to wildland fires within Utah County,
our engines and crews travel to larger fires throughout
the United States, providing aggressive fire suppression,
structure protection, and

We work with the Forest Service
and the Bureau of Land Management as well as private land
owners to prevent wildland fires by reducing fuels in
potentially hazardous areas, creating fuel breaks, and
managing prescribed burns.

Utah County Fire currently
works with the public by educating home owners on specific
ways they can protect their home and property from wildland
fires, and reducing and removing fuels within a defensible
area around their home.
