Influenza Vaccinations
(Seasonal Flu Shots)

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends an annual flu vaccine for everyone ages 6 months and older as the first and best way to protect against influenza.

Intradermal Ages of 18 and 64 years. Preservative free. $30.00
High Dose Trivalent for individuals 65 years and older. $40.00

 

Our main office is located in Provo with Satellite Clinics in American Fork and Payson (click on the links for clinic hours and locations). All clinics have walk, first-come/first served as well as service by appointment. Call 801-851-7025 for an appointment.

** Cost is based on payment at time of service. We accept many health insurances, Medicaid and Medicare for flu vaccines (see your own insurance for coverage benefits). We also have Vaccine for Children (VFC) flu vaccine. Find out if you qualify for the VFC Program.

Community Vaccination Clinics

Besides our regular clinics, the UCHD has community clinics available that offer flu as well as other adult and childhood immunizations. These events vary in time and location, and are subject to change, so please check back for updates.
