The Schematic Design phase of the new Utah County Convention Center has now been completed and the Design Development phase is underway. Construction is targeted to begin in the Fall of 2010, and will result in a LEED-certified facility with a 20,000 s.f. Exhibit Hall, an 18,000 s.f. Ballroom, 7,000 s.f. of meeting rooms, and associated support spaces including a full kitchen.
