You can view a list of specialized information by placing your cursor on the various navigation bar headers (ie. Departments, County Info, Online Services, etc...) By clicking the headers, you will be taken to a page with all the options available as links.
'Quick Find' - Located at the upper right hand side of the screen, 'Quick Find' allows you to quickly navigate to some of the most commonly used features on the site including pet adoption info, property tax info and where to register to vote.

Features

Another way to find information quickly is to use the Search feature which is also located in the upper right hand corner of the website. The Search feature allows you to search the entire site or narrow your search to specific departments. You can further narrow your search by selecting 'match phrase exactly' when you search. For more searching tips, be sure to click on the searching tips link on the page.
Check out the What's New feature to keep up to date on various County happenings and press releases. By clicking on each item, you can read detailed information about the item. You can also view individual department news items by navigating to those departments and clicking on the 'News' link in the menu.

PDF Files

Many of the documents located on our site are in Portable Document Format (PDF). These types of documents ensure that you will be able to obtain the publications in their original format regardless of the type of computer, browser or operating system you use. In order to view, navigate and print PDF documents, you must first download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software. Instructions for downloading and installing Adobe Acrobat Reader are available at the Adobe website.
