| How much do immunizations cost? |
| |
| |
For non-insurance covered vaccines, the fee will be our cost of the vaccine
rounded to the highest dollar plus a $12.00 administration fee per vaccination paid
at the time of service.

For insurance-covered vaccines, the fee will be our cost per dose of the vaccine
rounded to the highest dollar plus a $15.00 administration fee per dose of the
vaccine.

Government provided Vaccines for Children for State required vaccines for
children on Medicaid and CHIP, Alaskan Native/American Indian children,
uninsured children, and children whose insurance does not fully pay (underinsured)
for immunizations.
Administration fee per vaccination is $15.00. For payment made at the time of
service, administration fee per vaccination is $12.00.
