END Program
(Ending Nicotine Dependence for Teens)

Health Promotion


The Utah County Health Department offers the Ending Nicotine Dependence (END) program for teens. The objective of the END program is to improve the health of Utah County youth by reducing tobacco use.
The END program consists of 6 sessions held twice a week for 3 weeks.

The cost for the program is a $25.00 non-refundable fee. Participants must attend ALL 6 sessions to complete the program. Completion notification will be forwarded to source of referral.


You MUST register for the program by contacting the Utah County Division of Health Promotion at 801-851-7095. You are required to obtain a Parental Permission form from the Utah County Health Department's Division of Health Promotion which must be completed, signed, and returned along with the $25.00 fee prior to the first session.


The sessions are held at the Utah County Health Department located at 151 South University Avenue in Provo, Utah. For a schedule of upcoming classes, please call 801-851-7095.
