The Utah County Health Department provides basic, low cost clinic exams for well child, scouts, school, etc.. Initial exam, with a general physical, is provided by appointment at the Health and Justice Center (151 S. University Ave, Provo) for children up to age 18. Fluoride prescriptions are also provided. Family planning, including initial exam, pap smear, and birth control are available for women over 18 or teenagers when accompanied by an adult.
