Certified Food Safety Manager Course

To qualify as a certified food safety manager, a person shall:

• Successfully pass an examination from an approved training course*

• Complete application provided by the Utah County Environmental Health Department

• Pay $15.00 application fee.

According to Utah State law, certification is valid for no more than three (3) years from the date of the course examination.
