All Hazards Planning Preparedness Utah County Health Department has adopted an “all hazards” approach to emergency preparedness. Whether preparing for a pandemic or for a bio-terrorist threat, many of the same techniques and tools are used to address an incident. And since all threats are “local,” being prepared on the county level is vital to protect health and property -- and should the worst happen -- help return life to “normal” as quickly as possible. |
