Diagnostic Lab fees are $1 per sample. Please fill out the form(s) and
bring them with you, along with the sample and fees, to our office (Monday
thru Thursday)* for diagnosis. In most cases you will receive an answer
by telephone or email within 24 hours.

| Flowers - Diagonostic Lab Form |
If your flowers look sick or won't bloom or are being eaten by some kind of insect, bring us a sample! |
| Fruit - Diagnostic Lab Form |
Bring in samples of fruit, fruit trees, berries or grapes that aren't growing the way they should. Please bring a small branch which has a sample of both healthy and sick leaves. |
| House plants - Diagnostic Lab Form |
We can help you figure out if your houseplant has a disease or insect problem, a soil or other environmental problem. |
| Insects - Diagnostic Lab Form |
Bring us a sample of any insects you want identified. We will also tell you how to control them. Please be sure they are in containers from which they cannot escape! |
| Lawns - Diagnostic Lab Form |
Bring us a 4" x 4" square of your sick lawn, and be sure its deep enough so that we can examine the roots also. |
| Spiders - Diagnostic Lab Form |
Bring us a live sample of one in a jar with a good lid on it. We'll identify it for you and tell you how to control them. |
| Trees & Shrubs - Diagnostic Lab Form |
We need a branch of any sick ornamental that has a sample of sick or diseased leaves along with healthy leaves so we can see how it is progressing. |

Bring us a sample of your vegetable plant or produce that needs help. |
| Weed - Diagnostic Lab Form |
Bring us a sample of any plant or weed you'd like identified and we can also tell you how to control them. |
* We discourage samples on Friday as they dry out too much over the weekend.
