Jordan River Parkway
| The nine mile length of the Jordan River Parkway system within Utah County was begun during the dredging of the Jordan River during the 1980's. This trail parallels the Jordan River beginning at Inlet Park continuing all the way to the Great Salt Lake. The trail has been expanded and improved over the years and offers support for bicyclists, horseback riding, joggers, and walkers. The trail also offers easy access to the Jordan River allowing for fishing or other river uses. Several county parks lie along the Parkway, including Inlet, Wetlands, Willow, and Indian Ford parks, and the privately developed Thanksgiving Point. The county parks offer water and restroom facilities and are easily accessible to parkway users. Although many stretches of the Jordan River Parkway are still primitive by design, a master plan of improvements will be implemented over the next several years which will continue to meet the needs of its users. |

| Parkway Hours are 5:00AM to 11:00PM. No unauthorized motor vehicles. No discharge of firearms, archery equipment, or possession of alcoholic beverages. All pets must be leashed and owners are responsible for pet cleanup. Please be courteous and yield to pedestrian traffic. |
