Ask a Dietitian

Several registered dietitians work for Utah County WIC to provide quality nutrition education to clients. We also have employees who are trained as Certified Lactation Educators to help women with their desire to breastfeed.

“Ask a Dietitian” is a resource to be used for any of the following reasons:

• Comments, complaints, opinions or suggestions
• Information about WIC
• Questions about nutrition and health
• Questions or help with breastfeeding
