DRUG COURT PROGRAMS Adult Drug Court Family Drug Court Youth Drug Court Drug Court programs are some of the most innovative and effective treatment programs available to drug and alcohol treatment. Created in the Miami, Florida area in the 1980's, drug courts have demonstrated their effectiveness in nearly every court jurisdiction in the United States and are being adopted in many foreign countries. Utah County’s drug court programs are managed collaboratively between the Fourth District Court, Fourth District Juvenile Court, the Division of Child and Family Services, and the Utah County Division of Substance Abuse.
