PANDEMIC INFLUENZA PREPAREDNESS   There has been a lot of talk in the media and the community about "Pandemic Influenza" and "Bird Flu" and what public health is doing to prepare for a potential outbreak. The Utah County Health Department is developing plans to deal with such an outbreak if one occurs. Currently, there is no influenza pandemic. However, it behooves each of us to prepare ourselves, our families, our businesses and our community to be prepared. This website provides a resource for information, checklists for preparedness and facts to dispel rumors and myths.
