After 60 days the permit will be revoked. 100% penalty for opening without a permit. Plan Review ** $265.00 Re-Inspection $80.00 Swimming Pool List $40.00 ** Pools that do not submit plans will be assessed the plan review fee prior to a pre-opening inspection. Pool Operator's Course   Live Certification Course $170.00 CPO Renewal $40.00 Certification Transfer $25.00 CPO Book $40.00 Late Fees = 10% for each 30 days late. Permit revoked after 60 days past due. Opening without a permit = 100% penalty.
