Mass Gathering Fee Schedule - 2008 Plan Review $110.00 (If received within the time limit.) Late Review $225.00 (If not received within the time limit of 15 days prior to 1st advertisement and 30 days prior to the event.) Inspection $50.00 per hour (To be determined by the plan review and paid at least one week before the event.) Holiday $75.00 per hour Weekends $75.00 per hour After Business Hours $75.00 per hour Late Inspection $100.00 + $50.00 per hour Extraordinary Event If event exceeds 7 days, a permit fee shall be determined through negotiations with a Memorandum of Understanding or Agreement.
