DIVISION OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH . . . The Division of Environmental Health is comprised of two Bureaus, the Bureau of Air Quality Programs and the Bureau of Environmental Health Services. The Bureau of Air Quality Programs is responsible for the administration of the Utah County Vehicle Emissions Program. The Bureau of Environmental Health Services is responsible for the enforcement of rules governing such things as onsite wastewater systems, food service, public pools and drinking water. The Division of Environmental Health performs a variety of facility inspections and responds to citizen complaints.
