IN THIS ORGANIZATION . . . The Utah County Board of Health consists of 9 appointed citizens of the Utah County community. The Board members are appointed to their 3 year terms by the Utah County Commissioners based upon recommendations from the Board. Under Title 26A of the Utah Code, the Board has authority to adopt regulations governing the health of the citizens whom it serves.
