Prescription Discount Card Program Utah County is joining with the National Association of Counties to offer a discount prescription drug program to help consumers cope with the high price of prescription medications. The free prescription drug discount cards will offer an average of 20 percent off the retail price of commonly prescribed drugs. The cards may be used by all county residents, regardless of age, income, or existing health coverage, and are accepted more than 65 of the county’s pharmacies. Cards will be available at Utah County government facilities, participating pharmacies, and other sites around the county. A national network of more than 57,000 participating retail pharmacies will also honor the NACo prescription discount card. Residents can call toll free 1-877-321-2652 or visit https://naco.advancerx.com for assistance with the program. Using the NACo prescription discount card is easy. Simply present it at a participating pharmacy. There is no enrollment form, no membership fee and no restrictions or limits on frequency of use.
