Flu Shots
Seasonal Influenza Shots

Our main office is located in Provo with Satellite Clinics in American Fork,and Payson.  The Provo Clinic is a walk-in clinic based on first-come/first served. American Fork and Payson both require appointments, which can be made in advance by calling 801-851-7024.

We accept select health insurances, Medicaid and Medicare for select vaccines.  For those who are uninsured, underinsured, and have Medicaid, the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program provides vaccines at a low-cost. Find out if you qualify for the VFC Program.

 
You must get both a SEASONAL flu shot as well as an H1N1. You will not be protected without both vaccinations.
