Our main office is located in Provo with Satellite Clinics in American Fork and Payson. The Provo Clinic is a walk-in clinic based on first-come/first served. American Fork and Payson both require appointments, which can be made in advance by calling 801-851-7024. We accept select health insurances, Medicaid and Medicare for flu vaccines (click here for the complete list). For those who are uninsured, underinsured, and have Medicaid, the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program provides vaccines at a low-cost. Find out if you qualify for the VFC Program. |
