Goat Show Schedule

• August 19 - Miniature Breeds 
• August 20 - Meat and Fiber Breeds 
• August 21 - Dairy Breeds 

Entries due by August 10, 2010 (Call 801-667-3650 to enter or for questions.)

General Information & Rules

   Check-in Time : 9:00 am

   Check-out Time : 7:00 pm on the same day as check-in.

   Check-out time for the Dairy Breeds will be 5:00 pm on Saturday

General Rules

*All goats must be healthy, free from any abcess, sores, runny nose, unsoundness, lice, fleas or ticks.

*Exhibitors will be responsible for the care and needs of their animal throughout the show.

*All animals on exhibit shall be inspected by a competent person.

*There shall be no abuse of any kind to the animals. Any abuse will result in a quick dismissal and forfeiture of any and all prizes won.

*There will be no horns on any goat except on the Meat and Fiber day.

Prizes

• Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion in each group. (A group consists of at least 5 animals.)
• Grand Champion goats will receive $25.00 cash prize
• Reserve Champions will receive a $12.00 cash prize
• Danish judging system - A, B or C ribbons for all exhibitors
• Neck ribbons for Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion goats
