1. Above Ground Fuel Tanks: IFC 105.6.16 (2)
a. Aboveground fuel tanks up to 500 Gal. - includes plan review and site inspection $110.00
b. Permanent 500 - 1,100 Gal. fuel tanks - includes plan review and site inspection $135.00
c. Temporary 500 - 10,000 Gal. fuel tanks - includes plan review and site inspection $135.00
d. Additional tanks at same site (each) $20.00
2. Automatic Fire Sprinkler: IFC 105.7.1
a. Overview of plan(s), rough-in and final site inspection of the sprinkler or suppression system up to 10,000 square feet in area $260.00
b. Commercial $360.00
c. Over 10,000 sq. feet (per sq. foot) $0.025
3. Automatic Fire Suppression (Hood and Duct System) Per System: IFC 105.7.1
a. Inspection of plan(s), one visual inspection and one test for a fire suppression system that is

a. Basic fee for fire code inspection, review, office costs, enforcement, pre-plan and one follow-up
inspection. (Note: Each additional follow-up
inspection will be billed separately as a rate of forty
