PERMIT FEE BY BUILDING TYPE & SIZE

New buildings, additions to existing buildings, basement finishes, remodels, change in use of a building and swimming pools will have permit fee calculated on a square foot basis.
New buildings are subject to a construction bond of $1000.00. This bond is refundable at completion of the project contingent the structure is not occupied prior to receiving a certificate of occupancy.
Building permit application fees are non-refundable but will be credited toward the calculated building permit fee.
