On August 19, 2014, Andre Gustavo Henry Lopez, age 41, was found guilty of Rape, a 1st Degree felony, Object Rape, a 1st Degree felony and Assault, a Class B Misdemeanor.

On Friday, August 15, 2014, Mr. Ercanbrack was found guilty of Aggravated Assault, a 3rd Degree Felony, and Assault, a Class A Misdemeanor. Sentencing has been scheduled for September 23, 2014, at which time Mr. Ercanbrack may be sentenced to an indeterminate term of 0-5 years in the Utah State Prison.

On August 24, 2012, the State of Utah filed Murder and Obstruction of Justice charges against Martin for killing his wife, Michele, and thereafter obstructing the investigation into her death.

On March 28, 2013, Mr. Gray pled guilty to Aggravated Murder, Mayhem, and Desecration of a Human Body. Sentencing hearing is scheduled on May 20, 2013.

Mr. Davis was sentenced to an indetermined term of not less then one year no more then fifteen years in the Utah State Prison, for nearly killing his brother.

Mr. Leonard was sentenced to Life without Parole on July 5, 2011. He will be the only inmate at the Utah State Prison who hasn't committed murder serving a true life sentence.

On February 11, 2011 Mr. Olsen pleaded guilty to manslaughter, a second degree felony, and was immediately sentenced to one to 15 years in prison, for the 1995 murder of Kiplyn Davis. The one to 15 year sentence will be served concurrent with the sentence he is serving for a federal perjury conviction.
